November 1, 2006	Trey and Bella went with Mommy today to get her flu shot. They were very well behaved in the Doctor's office. Mom Mom watched Trey and Bella for 2 hours while Mommy went to her Mothers of Multiples Vendor Night before Daddy got home from work. Mom Mom finished giving Trey and Bella dinner, then gave them baths! Daddy was home for bed time and was able to help with that!
November 2, 2006	Trey and Bella learned how to eat with a fork today! They try to put them food on themselves and get frustrated when they can't! Mommy had to put every bite on the fork for them so they would eat it since they decided that a fork is more fun than eating with their hands!
November 3, 2006	Happy 81st Birthday Nanny! We love you!
November 4, 2006	Trey and Bella are 14 months old! Trey and Bella spent the day with Daddy today while Mommy went to skating and then did some Christmas shopping! Trey and Bella got to see Uncle Bob today since he came to sleep over!
November 5, 2006	Trey and Bella did some shopping with Mommy today to find some Christmas outfits!
November 7, 2006	Happy Birthday Uncle Bobby! Trey and Bella went to vote today! They are not even 14 months old and have voted twice! Uncle Bobby will be very proud when he hears!
November 8, 2006	Trey and Bella had their Neonatal Intensive Care Follow up today with Dr. Kim and the Physical Therapist. The NICU team still uses Trey and Bella's ajusted age, and will continue to do so until they are 2 years old. So, even though Trey and Bella's actual age is 14 months old as of tomorrow, their adjusted age is 12 months since their due date was 1 year ago tomorrow. Trey weighs 17 pounds and 4 ounces (<3 % adjusted; not on growth chart for actual) is 30 3/4 inches long (75% adjusted; 50% actual) and his head is 46 centimeters in circumference (30% adjusted; 10% actual). Bella weighs 15 pounds and 14 ounces (<3 % adjusted; not on growth chart for actual) is 28 1/2 inches long (25% adjusted, 10% for actual) and her head is 46.3 centimeters in circumference (75% adjusted; 50% actual). Trey's "soft spot" is now completely closed and Bella's is almost closed with only a finger tip sized spot remaining. Trey and Bella did very well with the physical therapist. They both walked up and down the children's stairs for her. Trey stood up and took 2 steps. Bella walked across the room without stopping for balance, which they were very impressed by. Trey put a little bead in a tiny container and the physical therapist was very impressed that he knew to turn it upside down to get it out instead of shaking it. Trey and Bella are on target for their ACTUAL AGE rather than their adjusted age for all developmental skills, including language, fine motor skills and gross motor skills. Though both are within the normal range, Trey is more advanced than Bella on fine motor skills and language development and Bella is more advanced than Trey on gross motor skills! Both Trey and Bella are very small in size and are falling of the premature growth chart for weight. Dr. Kim suggested giving them as many calories per day as they will tolerate. This can be done by continuing to nurse as long as they will take it, adding fat to their foods (cream, butter, whole milk, syrup, dips, etc.) and giving them Pediasure. Out of curiosity, Mommy asked Dr. Kim what Trey and Bella's APGAR scores were at birth. Trey's were 3 at 1 minute and 6 at 5 minutes. Bella's were 2 at 1 minute and 7 at 5 minutes. Mommy is glad she did not know this when they were born since its a little scary! Their next NICU Follow-up will be at 18 moths adjusted age, May 23, 2007.
November 9, 2006	Today is Trey and Bella's One Year Anniversary of their due date! Trey took several series of steps today, between 5 and 8 steps each! Trey and Bella got their flu shots today. Bella was not a happy camper and cried a lot! Trey was a very brave boy and did not cry! They have to go back for a second dosage in one month.
November 10, 2006	Trey and Bella went to the Philadelphia Zoo today with Mommy, Aunt Kim, Evan, Nicole and Samantha! They had a wonderful time! Then we all slept over at Grandmom's house where we also got to see Aunt Debbie, Uncle Al and Kennedy.
November 11, 2006	Grandmom watched Trey and Bella while Mommy taught skating and Daddy played golf! They had lots of fun with Grandmom! Trey is officially walking now! Grandmom taught him while Mommy and Daddy were not there. When Mommy came back, Trey walked across the room to her! Mommy, Grandmom and Aunt Di Di took Trey and Bella to a few stores for Cristmas Shopping! Aunt Kimberly taught Bella how to go down the steps! Trey and Bella went out to dinner with Mommy, Daddy, Caitlin and Chris! It was lots of fun with very good food!
November 12, 2006	Trey and Bella hung out with Mommy and Grandmom most of the day. They also went to a few stores!
November 13, 2006	Bella said "Mom" two times today! When Mommy prompted her to say it again, she just said "Da Da"! Oh well, Mommy will take what she can get! Trey and Bella went to the dentist for the first time today! They each have 6 teeth and got a clean bill of Dental Health!
November 14, 2006	Trey, Bella and Mommy had a relaxing day at home for most of the day! The only other thing we did was go grocery shopping!
November 15, 2006	Three cheers for Mommy's of 1 year olds! Mommy took Trey and Bella to Adventure Aquarium today along with Liz, mommy of 14 month old twins Bella and Enzo, Brenda, mommy of 18 month old twins Bella and Joseph, and Katerina, mommy of 14 month old Mackenzie and 5 year old Seth! We were quite the sight! All of the kids had fun!
November 16, 2006	Trey and Bella did great at Early Intervention today. They were both walking and talking! Trey said several new words, including "this", "tigger", and "peek-a-boo". Bella said several new words too, including "tigger" and "peek" and "Mom".
November 17, 2006	Daddy took the day off today and Mommy and Daddy took Trey and Bella to Hershey, Pennsylvania where we met up with Grandmom, Aunt Kim and Cousin Evan. Cara and Mia stayed with Mom Mom and Pop Pop! Trey and Bella were very well behaved on the long car ride! We ate dinner and then went swimming at the hotel!
November 18, 2006	After breakfast, everyone went to a few stores at the Hershey Outlets, then had lunch at Chocolate World, followed by lots of fun at Hershey Park! Trey and Bella did not want to take naps, but finally relented in the stroller! Trey and Bella were not happy when Mommy and Daddy put them on Santa's lap! They liked looking at him but did not want him to touch them! They got their photo taken with Santa and Cousin Evan, but Trey and Bella sat behind Santa on his big couch! After Santa photos, Trey and Evan decorated cookies while Bella took a nap. Then we went on a Holiday Trolley ride through Hershey, PA. After this, everyone had dinner at Red Robin and then went on a ride through Hershey Sweet Lights! Trey and Bella fell asleep right after dinner, so they missed all the beautiful lights! Perhaps next year!
November 19, 2006	Trey and Bella had breakfast and then went shopping at the Hershey outlets! Then it was lunch at Applebees, the long car ride to Mom Mom and Pop Pop's, picking up Cara and Mia and then another car ride home! Trey and Bella were tired by bedtime!
November 20, 2006	Happy Birthday Aunt Kimberly! Trey and Bella helped Mommy with some Christmas shopping today!
November 22, 2006	Trey and Bella went to the Doctor today! Bella had an ear check to make sure her ear infection is gone and it is! Trey has a cough so Mommy and Daddy wanted to get him checked before the Thanksgiving holiday. He has a sore throat and a bad cough. The Doctor said it will most likely get worse before it gets better. Trey is not contagious and can continue with our Thanksgiving plans unless he gets a fever.
November 23, 2006	Happy Thanksgiving! Today is Trey and Bella's Second Thanksgiving! While Daddy went to play football, Mommy took Trey and Bella to see Grandmom and Aunt Kimberly! After this, the family had dinner at Mom Mom and Pop Pop's house! Trey and Bella had lots of fun!
November 24, 2006	Happy Birthday Aunt Desi! Trey and Bella stayed with Mom Mom and Pop Pop in the morning while Mommy and Daddy hit the "Black Friday" sales. Then, they went shopping with Mommy and Grandmom. In the evening Daddy stayed with Trey and Bella while Mommy did more shopping with Aunt Dani and Grandmom. It was an exhausting day! Bella woke up with a runny nose today.
November 25, 2006	Trey and Bella helped Grandmom decorate her house for Christmas while Mommy taught skating. Neither is feeling very well today.
November 27, 2006	Trey is walking a lot more now and can even walk across the room!
November 28, 2006	Bella learned how to climb up her shelves today - that's our dangerous little girl! Trey learned how to say "bye-bye" today!
November 29, 2006	Trey and Bella went to playgroup today at Connor's house. Skylar, Raina and Owen were there too! They all had lots of fun! Bella said "letters" today! Trey and Bella helped Mommy wrap some Christmas presents today!
November 30, 2006	Trey and Bella were very happy and excited to see Daddy when he came home from his business trip today! Trey and Bella both learned how to say "Santa" today!
