Day in the Life February 2006

February 28, 2006	Trey and Bella woke up at 5am with Daddy today and had a party in the bed! It was great for Mommy because when they went back to sleep at 6am, they both slept until 10am! Trey and Bella had green beans tonight for dinner for the first time! They both really liked them!
February 27, 2006	Trey and Bella are very excited to see their Daddy tonight! I am sure they will wake up when he gets home later tonight~
February 26, 2006	Mommy and Grandmom put together Trey and Bella's high chairs today! They look so small in them! Let's see if Daddy notices them when he gets home tomorrow night!
February 25, 2006	Trey and Bella both refused to take their bottles for Grandmom today while Mommy was teaching skating. They both had bananas mixed with their cereal and waited for Mommy to come home to give them "fresh milk". Trey and Bella tried applesauce today, but neither seemed to like it very much!
February 24, 2006	Bella and Trey had their first fruit today, curtesy of Grandmom, who brought over lots of fruits and veggies for them to try. Tonight we tried Bananas! Bella liked them right away and Trey warmed up after a few bites!
February 21, 2006	Mommy and Daddy let Trey and Bella try some apples from Boston Market tonight! Bella loved it and kept trying to suck on Mommy's finger for some more, but Trey made a funny face and spit it out!
February 18, 2006	Trey and Bella met Mommy and Daddy's friends John and Mary today! Trey now has pink eye as well!
February 17, 2006	Bella and Trey are now getting cereal twice a day!
February 15, 2006	Trey and Bella had their Synagis Injections today to help prevent RSV. Trey weighs 11 pounds 6 ounces and Bella weighs 10 pounds 6 ounces!
February 14, 2006	Happy Valentine's Day! Trey and Bella were Mommy's little Valentines today since Daddy was not at home. Our little girl now has pink eye in both eyes! Poor baby! Hopefully it will get better soon!
February 13, 2006	Poor baby Bella has pink eye! She has an antibiotic ointment that has to be put in her eye four times a day for 5 days. Mommy, Bella and Trey came home from Mom Mom's early to visit the Pediatrician.
February 12, 2006	Bella and Trey got to see lots of snow today as is snowed over 17 inches! Daddy left today on a business trip to South Carolina so Trey, Bella and Mommy are staying with Mom Mom. Pop Pop is away in Florida, so Trey is the "man of the house"!
February 11, 2006	Bella and Trey went to their cousin Evan's second birthday party today! It was a Bob the Builder themed party and was lots of fun! A snow storm also started today! Perhaps Bella and Trey will wear their snowsuits for the first time!
February 10, 2006	Trey and Bella met their friends Skylar Grace and Haley Mae today! The babies all look so cute together and make three year old Haley look so grown up!
February 8, 2006	Mommy and Daddy had been giving Trey and Bella formula in their evening bottle for about a week. Bella starting rejecting the bottle and doesn't seem to like the formula, so both babies are exclusively back on breast milk.
February 4, 2006	Trey and Bella are five months old today!!!!
February 1, 2006	Trey and Bella had a visit to the Pediatrician today for their "four month" check up even though they are nearly five months old! Trey weighs 10 pounds 13 ounces, is 24 inches long, and had a head circumference of 40 centimeters. He is not on the normal baby growth chart yet, but he is charted on the premature baby chart for babies born at his gestation and age. According to this chart, Trey is in the 25th percentile for weight, the 75th percentile for length and the 50th percentile for head circumference! Bella weighs 9 pounds 14 ounces, is 23 inches long, and had a head circumference of 39 1/2 centimeters. She is not on the normal baby growth chart yet, but she is charted on the premature baby chart for babies born at her gestation and age. According to this chart, Bella is in the 20th percentile for weight, the 50th percentile for length and the 50th percentile for head circumference! Dr. Dave said that we can start cereal now! Both Bella and Trey each got four vaccinations today...poor babies!
